Leaving a review is atypical for me; however, given my experience with Matt and Chris Zborowski I thought it pertinent to leave one. Terrific! The realtor brothers are an amazing team. I worked mainly with Chris, but his brother Mat was always there helping along side his brother.

Chris is great realtor to work with. He answered all my questions and made sure to clarify any points I was not sure about. He took this timing explaining all steps of the process to lease my condo and kept me informed throughout. I never felt pressured or forced into making a decision and Chris was very accommodating to all my requests. All our appointments were around my schedule and he was always a phone call away. When I was not able to reach him directly he would promptly return my calls or have his brother, Mat, get back to me. Mat provides phenomenal service and advice like his brother and they both provided me with the professionalism expected from a realtor. These two work so well together that it never felt like two separate individuals, but rather a powerful team driven towards a single goal.

Buying and selling a home is perceived as a stressful process, but with the professional service and the care that Chris and Mat provide that stress is nothing more than a cliché.

I met Matt at a viewing that I randomly booked on MLS.ca. I met quite a few agents who wanted me to work with them however after meeting Matt I was very impressed with his honesty. Not knowing if I was even that serious in buying he immediately gave me advise on where to look and areas to avoid. I felt he had my best interests in mind and I didn't work with anyone else after.

I met many agents that were pushy and just said what they thought I wanted to hear, I didn't get the greatest feeling after talking with them. Once I found Matt I felt he was always being genuine and he was very patient when hearing and searching for all my MANY "must haves". It was my first purchase so although I did some of my own research, he definitely helped with all my questions, he was very knowledgeable throughout the process and also checked up on me afterward to make sure everything was going well. There were uncontrollable ups and downs through my search but he always stayed positive and assured me that something better would come along. Now I've moved in and I love it.. Thanks! As first time home buyers with a tight buget we felt so over whelmed, scared and frustrated that we were not going to find our dream home however Chris and Matt made all our anxieties disapear. They continually reassured us and never gave up on trying to find what we were looking for in the price range we wanted. 

One thing I loved about Chris and Matt was that they listened to what we wanted and never pushed for us to look at more expensive homes like some realtors do. They even would point out some of the necessary fixer uppers for each home we would go see and how much it would cost us to fix it in order to help us make some important decisions.

Although Chris was our realtor we loved how both brothers tagged team and looked out for each others clients. We felt as though we had two realtors watching over us at all times. They would meet with us any day or time of the week which was something we needed since both my Fiance (at the time), and I worked late and lived in different cities.
